Maybe this is why the Chinese are increasing their defence budget...man the Americans are something! One day they ask why the Chinese are increasing their defence spending, and want "transparency"...basically want to know what the money is being spent on - the next they release a report saying they are moving their weapons closer to prepare for conflict with China!!
